The Potter’s Will, Jennifer’s second book, is scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2006. Love Letters from the Heart of a Saint, Jennifer’s third book, is scheduled for release later in 2006.

Her stirring articles, “By Faith” and “The Last Passion of Christ,” have been published online in newsletters and distributed at public gatherings. Jennifer’s messages in these inspirational articles are having a profound impact on many readers. Other articles are scheduled for publication.

God has called Jennifer to speak out to the Church and America concerning diverse issues. These powerful, convicting and godly messages found in “The Raping of America” and “The Call to Evangelize,” speak poetically and prophetically. The Michigan Chronicle Newspaper, one of the nation’s largest African American newspapers, published “The Raping of America” in their September 1-7, 2004 edition. She has read these and other poems at her church and at various events.

In the summer of 2005, Jennifer established her poetic performance ministry, “Rhyme, Rhythm & Righteousness Productions,” with a performance with fellow poets and writers, Mr. Tarrus McKinnon and Ms. Yvette Wilburn. On Saturday, August 27, 2005, their first performance, “The Poet Speaks,” was held at her church, Via Dolorosa Gospel Tabernacle in Detroit, Michigan. This performance had a great impact on the audience. Her pastor immediately requested a command performance to be presented to the full congregation. That second presentation was presented on Sunday, September 5, 2005.

At her church, Via Dolorosa Gospel Tabernacle, Jennifer faithfully serves in several ministries. Currently, Jennifer teaches a leadership conference on prayer and oversees corporate intercessory prayer at the church. Jennifer has ministered in her church through her poetry and inspirational writing presentations. Pastors Austin G. And Cindy Mitchell are the pastoral leaders of this church.

Her longing and love for the study of God’s Word has led Jennifer to take several biblical and prophecy courses in Michigan. Her studies have included the following courses: “Why Elijah?” “The College of the Priest, Module One and Two,” “What the Bible Says to the Minister,” and “Prophetic Formation Modules One, Two and Three.” Prophetess, Elder Paula G. Ratchford, was her instructor.

Jennifer is a volunteer ministry associate with Paula Ratchford Ministries led and founded by Elder Paula G. Ratchford. Jennifer serves as the Director of Communications for this ministry.

In 2003, Jennifer joined “The Called and Ready Writers” of Detroit, Michigan. She is an active member and serves as the treasurer and a board member. Minister Mary Edwards is the founder of this writing guild. Mrs. Wanda J. Burnside is the president and poetry editor.

Jennifer has participated in poetry and public speaking workshops, seminars and conferences to hone her skills. In October 2004, Jennifer attended the “America, Speak Up for Jesus Rally” in Washington, D.C. that promoted Christian involvement in the 2004 Presidential election. She also participated in a poetry workshop at the Detroit Opera House in July 2005, and the “Speak Up with Confidence,” seminar in October 2005. She also regularly participates in “Poetic Justice for God Ministry” in Michigan. Mrs. Estelle Humphrey is the president. Jennifer has been featured in several of their special open mic events.

Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame in Indiana. She has continued her post degree and educational pursuit in music at Marygrove College in Detroit, Michigan where she studied piano, piano pedagogy, composition and theory. She also teaches private piano lessons.

Future projects for Jennifer include: poetry readings, publishing a monthly newsletter and producing several major performances of her various works. A collection o her inspiration poems will be set to music. She plans to publish and direct plays from he many narrative poems.
